Overview

The IHM records the type, quantity and location of hazardous materials such as asbestos and PCBs on board, and is mandatory for ships of 500 GT and above under the Hong Kong Convention and the EU Ship Recycling Regulation. Our HazMat experts take samples, have them analysed by accredited labs, prepare the inventory for class approval and remove and dispose of any asbestos found.
